A LITTLE STRUCTURE HELPS

Make a plan.
Leave room for life.

Plan movements for the day you want—not just today. Choose a weekly muscle focus, explore the muscle map, and add exercises without replacing what you’ve already planned.

Start with one break
  • Choose your focus

Use muscle groups and the body map to decide what you’d like to work on.

  • Put it on your day

Build daily exercise plans and set a weekly focus that suits your routine.

  • Learn as you go

Log how a break felt and optionally record reps. Review your completed movement history.
